Rover V8 thermostat housing gasket.
Photos numbers 4 to 8 show the type of thermostat
we have listed on EBay.
The last 4 numbered 8 to 12 show the EARLY type
Rover V8 thermostat gasket with one extra water
way in it as used on the EARLY models.
We have now added some extra PHOTOS of parts
we have in stock & listed on Ebay
Rover P6B V8 3.5 1974 to 1977.
The Late Thermostat housing has just one water hose
coming from it & up to the top of the water radiator.
THIS LISTENING IS FOR ONE OF OUR NEW
IMPROVED 1/18"THERMOSTAT HOUSING GASKETS
The Standard Gasket is only 13/32" Thick
Our new gaskets has been Specially made in a 1/16" Material
To help and improve the sealing of the thermostat housing to
inlet manifolds.
Please note.
All of our thermostat have the small bleed valve built into the lip
without having one of these valves built into the thermostat it becomes very very difficult maybe almost impossible at timings
to remove-bleed out all of the air taped in the water system.
Air locks in the water systems can cause overheating bad running
& possible Damage.
This gasket can also be used on the
EARLY Rover P6B V8 3.5 1967 to 1974
EARLY Range Rover V8 3.5 1969 to 1975
